Judges Prof. Dr. Peter Tochtermann, Local Division Mannheim; Margot Kokke, Local Division The Hague; and Ronny Thomas, Local Division Düsseldorf, will share their insights into how the UPC has shaped its legal framework in such a short time and offer their perspectives on what lies ahead. The session will conclude with a live Q&A.
